With Bentley's 100th anniversary set to be next year and the Mulliner division is celebrating its founder with a special edition Mulsanne. It pays homage to the company's founder father, W.O. Bentley contains a piece from one of his automobiles.
The special model can be purchased with a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. The influence of the car can be seen in the cabin. For instance the Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet features a display with a piece of the 8 Litre crankshaft displaying inside.
Other highlights include a chrome-colored application that runs back to the side of the car, which has a photoetched B-shaped air vent which incorporates W.O. the car's signature front grille designed on the 1930s-appropriate Onyx color of the limited edition, and an optional chrome application that wraps around the lower spoilers left and right. The front grille is also a distinctive design, with chrome-colored shells replacing the body-colored mesh of the Mulsanne. It also features the Flying B Logo.
A key box with the Bentley wings can hold two keys and has a black flock lining, while individual key pouches are also available to complement or contrast the key box. The set is also commemorative, and includes a bespoke 1:18 scale model of the 8 Litre and an air-borne 'B' paperweight along with an illustrated brochure that includes images that have never before been seen of the original 1930s 8 Litre.

The knurling made of metal to metal on the key fob is reminiscent of the textures that are found in the interior of the car, such as the seat temperature controls and the shift knob.
